Als Manuel Quevedo Alem\u00e1n 1936 in La Aldea de San Nicol\u00e1s de Tolentino das Originalrezept f\u00fcr Ron Aldea entwickelte, h\u00e4tte er sich sicherlich nicht vorstellen k\u00f6nnen, dass seine Nachfolger ein halbes Jahrhundert sp\u00e4ter daran denken w\u00fcrden, eine solche Leistung zu w\u00fcrdigen. Ron Aldea Tradici\u00f3n ist die Frucht dieser Idee, die die Ur-Ur-Enkel von D. Manuel Anfang der 1990er Jahre vorzubereiten begannen, um sie 2013 auf den Markt zu bringen.
Mehr als zwanzig Jahre akribischer Reifung und Kombination verschiedener Rumsorten des Hauses, die in mehreren Phasen des Blendings nach und nach Eichenf\u00e4sser unterschiedlicher Herkunft und R\u00f6stgrade ausw\u00e4hlten, um im Laufe der Jahre den Wachstumsprozess von Tradici\u00f3n zu beobachten. Schlie\u00dflich, nach zwei Jahrzehnten langsamen Mischens, ruht das Endergebnis zwei weitere Jahre in Rotweinf\u00e4ssern, um seinen optimalen Reifegrad und seine Ausgewogenheit zu erreichen.
Eine limitierte und nummerierte Serie von weniger als 2.000 St\u00fcck pro Jahr macht Ron Aldea Tradici\u00f3n zu einem fast einzigartigen Produkt, das im Profil eher einem sehr alten Brandy als einem Rum \u00e4hnelt und das Zeit braucht, um genossen und verstanden zu werden. Einmal ge\u00f6ffnet und serviert, entwickelt sich Tradici\u00f3n durch die Oxidation und zeigt mit jedem Schluck eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Nuancen.<\/p>\n
