The entire harvest from Finca Los Camachos, located in Barlovento and owned by the Quevedo family for several decades, is grown naturally and organically. The cane grows practically wild, without use of chemicals, and with minimal intervention by the harvester. Thanks to this cultivation technique Single Estate Aldea rum was the first and only 100% locally produced organic rum in the Canary Islands and in Spain.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
