Destiler\u00edas Aldea pays homage to the legendary native drink of the Canary Islands by reinventing honey rum, the popular liqueur of the Islands. The production of the world’s first reserve honey rum is inspired by an 18th century La Palma recipe, in which citrus fruits are a fundamental part.
Honey Rum Special Cask Selection is a blend of the distillery’s best casks, to which citrus-infused honey is added to return it to American oak casks and round off a product full of nuances, sweet, but with a subtle and mellow sweetness.<\/p>\n
