This is a tribute to the members of the Quevedo family who worked for three generations to fulfil one mission: to keep alive the legacy of Mr. Manuel Quevedo Alem\u00e1n and to make a rum, that is unique in the Islands.
Artisanal methods, the use of the same still that distilled the first bottle of Aldea Rum and the use of guarapo only are adhered to in this limited edition of less than 7500 bottles per year. The final product combines the masterfully blended spirits aged for years in different barrels to achieve a rounded rum.<\/p>\n
