Triple Vintage Aldea rum is a limited edition, the result of blending the distillery's best rums. A unique product worthy of alchemists and made from extinct vintages. A selection and balanced blend of unique and exceptional liquids that mature into a sublime rum in which dried fruits and leather stand out against a spicy and saline background.
Oak barrels of different origins and levels of toasting help to achieve the different aged rums that are blended to obtain the Triple Vintage, which ends up resting, once elaborated, for two more years in barrels of great red wine reserves, where it reaches full maturation and perfect balance.
A rum of great complexity that can be enjoyed with time and patience. Once served, it evolves continuously due to the effects of oxidation, surprising with the great number of nuances it is capable of expressing. A rum that is more akin to an aged brandy than a traditional rum.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
