PURE FRESHLY CUT SUGAR CANE

Opening a bottle of Aldea White Rum takes you straight to a sugar cane plantation in the middle of the harvest. The sweet, vegetal aromas give Aldea Blanco rum fresh, grassy notes on the palate that are hard to find in other rums. This is the distilled juice of our freshly ground cane.
Mojitos, caipirinhas or daiquiris are the most common combinations for consuming white rum.
