A UNIQUE RUM
The unique editions of Ron Aldea are a project launched by Destilerías Aldea. Designed exclusively for the Ron Aldea Embassy restaurants, the Unique Editions are blends that our Brand Ambassador supervises and elaborates being mindful of the specificities of each establishment.
The rum stored in each cask continues to evolve slowly and gradually. The conditions of each Embassy establishment - humidity, temperature, light,... - and even the location within the restaurant, ensure that the liquid remains alive and develops in its unique way. This guarantees that two barrels from different establishments will not be the same.
